主讲人介绍：Professor of Ophthalmology, Endowed Caroline Elles professor at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, USA. She is an active member of the cornea community and the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO). She served on the ARVO Diversity Initiatives Committee (2020-2023) and as Co-chair of the ARVO Women's Leadership Program (2021-2024). Dr. de Paiva was also elected as Chair of the 2027 Gordon Research Conference. She serves as an editorial board member of several journals and is the Editor-in-Chief of The Ocular Surface. Her research interests include dry eye, ocular surface diseases, animal models of Sjögren disease, microbiome, and aging. She has published more than 170scientific papers and five book chapters with H-index of 70.
