研究聚焦于营养感应关键蛋白质及信号通路在生理与病理状态下的调控机制。在基础研究领域取得系列创新发现:首次揭示生长因子缺乏诱导的细胞自噬信号转导途径,阐明自噬关键蛋白在药物性肝损伤中的分子机制;发现AIDA蛋白在哺乳动物中的首个生理功能——通过内质网相关蛋白质降解途径调控肠道脂肪合成酶降解,抑制脂质吸收与肥胖发生;揭示冷刺激下AIDA蛋白响应肾上腺能信号转位至线粒体,通过直接结合UCP1增强其氧化修饰与产热活性的体温调节新机制。基于上述发现,当前研究拓展至宿主-肠道菌群互作领域,重点探索宿主遗传背景与药物干预通过调控菌群影响代谢稳态、认知功能及神经炎症的分子网络。
My research focuses on the regulatory mechanisms of nutrient-sensing proteins and signaling pathways in physiological and pathological conditions. Key discoveries include: 1) Pioneering elucidation of autophagy signaling pathways induced by growth factor deprivation, revealing molecular mechanisms of core autophagy proteins in drug-induced liver injury; 2) Identification of the first physiological function of AIDA in mammals - mediating degradation of lipogenic enzymes via ER-associated degradation (ERAD) pathway in intestine to suppress fat absorption and obesity; 3) Discovery of cold-induced AIDA translocation to mitochondrial intermembrane space through adrenergic signaling, where it directly binds UCP1 to enhance oxidative modification and thermogenic activity. Building upon these findings, current investigations extend to host-microbiota interactions, particularly exploring how host genetic factors and pharmacological interventions modulate gut microbiota to influence metabolic homeostasis, cognitive function, and neuroinflammatory processes.
