本课题组强调“通百艺,专一长”,整合质谱分析技术、人工智能和代谢生物学,开展功能代谢组学研究。欢迎不同背景的研究生和博士后加盟,团队突出强交叉和深合作,一同为推进代谢组“暗物质”驱动AI制药新赛道做好充分准备。
课题组研究方向包括:
1. 人工智能驱动的新型代谢物鉴定与疾病诊断;
2. 功能代谢物对人类重大疾病的作用机制;
3. 单细胞代谢组学和脂质组学技术开发;
4. 细胞器代谢组学方法开发与代谢网络构建;
