简 历:

    1982年江西农业大学获学士学位,1988年获华中农业大学硕士学位,2002年获法国居里大学博士学位;1982-1997年江西农业大学助教、讲师、副教授;1997-2006年法国科研中心与法兰西学院细胞与分子胚胎研究所、法兰西学院实验医学实验室访问学者、博士和博士后;2006年至今为厦门大学985平台特聘教授。

研究领域(Research Area)

    我们的研究聚焦于正常与病理过程中血管生长的分子控制机制。采用 cDNA 差减法,我们克隆了一些在鸡血管内皮前体细胞相对特异表达的基因,我们通过建立活体鸡胚核酸干扰技术,研究这些基因在血管内皮分化中的作用机制;最近,我们揭示了 Netrin1-Unc5b 在血管生长中的导向作用和 NRP2 在远端淋巴管形成中的作用,导致了血管生长导向机制的新发现,我们开展神经导向分子在正常和肿瘤血管生成中的功能、机制及其开发利用的系统研究,为抗肿瘤等临床棘手的血管新生性疾病防治技术的开发,提供新的新思路与途径。
    Our research is focused on the molecular mechanisms controlling vessel formation under normal and pathological settings. With a subtractive cDNA approach, we have identified several candidate genes relatively specific to the angioblasts. We work on analyzing the actions of those candidates on the differentiation of endothelial cells by establishing chick in vivo RNAi techniques. More recently, we have revealed the functions of NRP2 and Netrin1/Unc5b in the vascular system, which has led to the new conception of vessel wiring controlled by neuronal guidance molecules. We work on functional and mechanism analysis of those molecular systems implicated in angiogenesis, expecting to bring about new insights into vascular development and to provide new information for anti-angiogenic therapies to perplexing diseases such as cancer.
