 简历:1983年厦门大学生物系植物学专业毕业, 1986年获生态学硕士学位,1992年美国迈阿密大学博士学位。1992- 1994年在美国犹他大学生物系从事博士后研究, 1994年至1996年美国空间生物圈研究所研究员。1996年至2003年,美国哥伦比亚大学地球研究院副研究员。2003年入选中国科学院“百人计划”, 任中国科学院植物研究所稳定同位素生态学创新研究组首席研究员、博士生导师。2007年10月起任厦门大学生命科学学院“闽江学者”特聘教授.
