研究领域

微生物活性次生代谢产物的研究，主要包括：从植物内生菌、海洋生物共附生菌以及生物共培养体系中，追踪分离抗肿瘤、抗菌等活性成分；对结构新颖的活性化合物开展生物合成和代谢调控研究；探讨活性成分的抗肿瘤、抗菌作用机制及其药用价值。

Research Area

Our researches focus on the bioactive secondary metabolites of microorganisms, including the bioactivity-guided isolation of antitumor and antimicrobial compounds from endophytes of medicinal plants, marine organism-associated microorganisms and the co-culture of plant cells and endophytes. Further to novel bioactive compounds, we investigate their biosynthesis and metabolism regulation, and try to explore the mechanisms of antitumor and antifungal action and the potential for drug development.
