Molecular Enzymology, including structure and function of enzymes, kinetics of enzyme action, inhibition, inactivation and activation, regulation mechanism of enzymatic activity, inhibitory mechanism; Exploitation and applications of enzyme products; Folding and unfolding of proteins; Biochrome; Anticancer polypeptide.
研究成果 项目“锯缘青蟹碱性磷酸酶活力调控的分子机理研究”获得2002年教育部提名国家科技奖-自然科学二等奖.“养殖环境污染对长毛对虾磷酸酯酶活力的影响” 获得2003年度福建省科学技术进步奖三等奖.
