人体重要寄生病原泡球蚴为研究模型,探讨宿主因子影响寄生虫生长发育的分子机制,包括:宿主因子介导的相关信号通路在寄生虫生长发育过程中的作用,泡球蚴生发细胞自我更新及多能性维持的机制以及宿主因子对这一过程的影响。

We utilize E. multilocularis, one of the most important human helminthic pathogens, as the experimental model to investigate the impacts of host factors on the parasite’s growth and development, including the role of host factor-mediated signaling pathways in the parasite’s growth and development, and the contributions of host derived factors to E. multilocularis germinative cell self-renewal and pluripotency maintenance.
