研究领域

最早在果蝇中发现的Hippo信号通路,不仅在调控器官大小方面具有重要作用,越来越多的显示其在肿瘤的发生发展及癌症的发生中也具有重要的作用。因为目前课题主要通过分子、生化、细胞生物学及模式动物体内的研究,揭示Hippo信号通路在癌症尤其是肝癌的发生发展中的作用,为肿瘤的相关疾病的预防和治疗提供理论基础。
